A long standing foreign body in the ethmoid-a case report

Abstract

Headache is the most common complaint in present Jay ENT practice, it happens to be the most frequent and misunderstood wmptom. Foreign bodies in the paranasal sinuses invariably pose challenges to the surgeon due to the complex anatomy. Here, we present a case report of an unusual long standing foreign body of 40 years, in the ethmoid, presenting headache as a feature, after 37 years.
