CD14+ cells in human PBMCs were the major cell type to be infected with Ad5. (A) Representative graphics of fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis. Human PBMCs were infected with Ad5-EGFP or Ad5-empty as a mock infection, and the proportions of EGFP-positive cells were determined in different cell populations by FACS analysis.
