Immunofluorescence assay (IFA) results for PCV1-free PK-15 cells transfected with plasmid pTri-1aORF1 (A), pTri-1bORF1 (B), or pTri-2cORF1 (C) at 3 days posttransfection. pTri-1aORF1-, pTri-1bORF1-, or pTri-2cORF1-transfected cells were stained with rabbit anti-TTSuV1a, anti-TTSuV1b, and anti-TTSuV2 ORF1 antisera, respectively. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (green) was used as the secondary antibody in the IFA. Antibody staining merged with nuclear staining using DAPI (blue) is also shown.
