BJ shGFP no. 1 or BJ shN4 no. 1 and no. 2 cells were infected with a control vector (−) or Flag-tagged p53 (+). The cell lines were assessed for NEK4 suppression and p53 overexpression by immunoblotting. Actin is shown as a loading control. (B) BrdU incorporation assays to assess cell cycle arrest.
