Sample composition and Co₂(CO)₈ injector distance s_Co for Co–Pt samples. Samples A, B and C are as-grown. Samples A', B' and C' are subject to a post-growth electron-irradiated treatment with doses of 10.58, 7.02 and 14.24 μC/μm², respectively. For all depositions the Me₃Pt(IV)CpMe injector’s capillary distance to the substrate surface at the focus of the electron beam was kept constant at s_Pt = 32 mm. Table data reproduced from [33].
