(A) MiR-145 regulated EMT through Oct4 and its downstream transcriptional factors, Snail, ZEB1, and ZEB2. (B)Treatment with miR-145 mimics in BT-549, ZR-75-30 and T47D cells inhibited the protein levels of Oct4. Treatment with miR-145 inhibited cell migration (C) and invasion (D) in another three breast cancer cell lines BT-549, ZR-75-30 and T47D. Statistical analysis was performed by t test.
