An average of 3415 sequences (minimum 1663, maximum 5988) were sampled at each time point by 454 “deep” sequencing. Raltegravir-associated DRMs (A) E138A, (B) E138K, (C) G140S and (D) Q148H were detected at a higher prevalence in plasma than in PBMC. Squares (▪) and solid lines represent plasma samples.
