Values for Ag-citrate are the X ± SDof the parameters estimated for the individual flaps, while the individual values for the 2 flaps are listed for Ag-silica. The parameters estimated include the half lives for the distribution and terminal phases, t1/2α and t1/2β, transfer rate constants between the central and peripheral compartments, k12 and k21, the elimination rate constant k10, the half life of elimination, t1/2elim, volume of the central compartment V1, and volume of the peripheral compartment V2.
