Lymphocytes from naïve Foxp3^gfp mice were treated with anti-CD3 with or without IL-12 for 66 hr. Tregs were sorted and co-cultured with CFSE-labeled Tconvs at the indicated ratios for 66 hr in the presence of irradiated splenocytes and anti-CD3 mAb. Tconvs were then analyzed for CFSE dilution.
