Time-dependent loss of viability of HaCaT keratinocytes maintained in forced suspension culture. Viability was assessed by trypan blue exclusion after periods of suspension culture ranging from 4 to 96 h. Results shown represent means of triplicate determinations, the SD of which was <5%.
