In this example of the image, there are a number of bright objects well separated from the backdrop. The distribution of these objects is random, which makes their analysis with the use of classical methods difficult. In addition, the lack of uniformity in their size adds to the problem. The image Ls often does not contain well visible whole bright areas. Sometimes they are not visible at all or ragged at the edges of the image.
