(B) A549 cells were treated with rapamycin 1nmol/L alone, 2.5 or 5 μmol/L perifosine alone, or their respective combinations as indicated for 48 h. (C) A549-P and A549-RR cells were treated with perifosine in different concentrations as indicated for 24 h. After the aforementioned treatments, cells were subjected for whole-cell protein lysates and subsequent western blot analysis for detection of the proteins as presented.
