Inhibition of WEE1 induces S-phase arrest in breast cancer cells. a MB231 cells b and MCF10A cells were treated with WEE1 inhibitor or DMSO, labeled with BrdU and PI and analyzed by flow cytometry as described in the “Materials and methods”. WEE1 inhibition significantly increased the percentage of cells arrested in S-phase for MB231 (P < 0.005) but not for MCF10A. Data represent mean values ± SE of three experiments
