The pB7WG2 binary vector was modified and its original 35S promoter was swapped with the DD65 CC-specific promoter, then cloned with cDNAs of 450.1, 450.2, and 450.3 and transformed to glc plants. The segregation of the linked nptll gene conferring kan^r was scored in T2 seedlings grown on kan-MS medium. N.A., not applicable.
