Effect of AIP Treatment on Root Growth and Ectopic Lignin Deposition in lig Seedlings.

Seedlings of the wild type (Ler) and lig mutant were cultured on solidified germination medium containing no additives, 10 µM AIP, or 10 µM AIP and 100 µM CA for 3 d at 28°C after 5 d of culture at 18°C.
