FLAG:AVR2, SlBSL1:myc, and GFP:SdR2 were transiently expressed in combination in N. benthamiana. Immunoprecipitates obtained with anti-FLAG or anti-GFP antiserum, and total protein extracts were immunoblotted with appropriate antisera.
