Reduction of ventricuralr premature beats (vpbs) during 2 l/min O2 breathing at night in 13 copd patients. The ECG recordings during the night when breathing 2 litres nasal O2/min compared with the night breathing only air show a significant reduction of ventricular premature beats in all 13 COPD patients and allow an additional risk evaluation (vis-à-vis Lown's classification) of the intended altitude exposure.
