Recombinant Salmonella strains were analyzed for ex vivo viability in Milli-Q water (A, B, C) and sPBS (D, E, F) at 4°C (A, D), 23°C (B, E), and 37°C (C, F). The percentages of live cells were analyzed on a daily base. The statistical differences were calculated to be *P<0.05, **P<0.01, and ***P<0.001 for P1-pTP2fliC, -pTP2flhDC, or -pTP2DC+C vs. -pY.
