Using we predicted 1,367 structured loci (average length 76 nt) in 5’ UTRs (average length 284 nt) of 817 expressed mRNAs and 11,551 structured loci (average length 82 nt) in 3’ UTRs (average length 946 nt) of 4,502 expressed mRNAs.
