The administration of anti-CD3 Abs for five consecutive days reduced the levels of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the peripheral blood at various time points for up to 36 days after the initiation of anti-CD3 antibody (Ab) or hamster IgG treatment. “0” refers to the initial day of anti-CD3 Abs or hamster IgG administration. *Significant difference between the two groups and “NS” indicates no significant difference between the two groups.
