Effect of BPA on follicle growth. Antral follicles were mechanically isolated from FVB mice and exposed in vitro to DMSO or 10–100 μg/ml BPA for 24–96 h. Growth of follicles was monitored during culture and recorded in micrometers and reported as percent change. Data are means ± SEM from at least three separate experiments.
