Effect of BPA on Bax and Bcl2 mRNA expression levels. After antral follicles were exposed to DMSO control or BPA at 1–100 μg/ml for 24–96 h in vitro, the follicles were collected and subjected to qPCR analysis for Bax (A) and Bcl2 (B) mRNA expression levels.
