Mean GFR is calculated as follows: Mean GFR = (measured GFR + estimated GFR)/2. The plain line represents the mean difference between estimated GFR (eGFR) and GFR measured using the reference method (mGFR). In the grey zone, eGFR is lower than mGFR. Dashed lines represent ± 1.96 SD. Results are expressed as mL/min/1.73 m2.
