Raw264.7 macrophages were pre-treated with ω-3 PUFA mixtures EPA/DHA (50 µM each) for 24 hours and then treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of ω-3 PUFA for additional 4 hours. The expression of pro-inflammatory genes was measured by real-time RT-PCR and normalized to cyclophilin. All data are expressed as mean ± SE, n = 6. Statistical significance is indicated by the presence of different superscripts. Groups labeled with the same superscripts are not statistically different from each other.
