Effect of staurosporine and cytochalasin D on the phosphorylation of cofilin and MLC. Cell were cultured in the presence of staurosporine (5 × 10-9M) or cytochalasin D (1 µg/ml) for 2 days in low density. Cell lysates were loaded on SDS-PAGE gel, immunoblotted with cofilin (A) and MLC (B) antibodies and quantified using imaging system. *P < 0.05 compared to control.
