(A) The indicated cells were treated alone or combinatory with AA005 (100 nM), AICAR (AA, 1 mM), retenone (1 µM), compound C (CC, 10 µM), or inosine (20 mM) for 24 h, and ATP content was measured. (B) HT29 and LOVO cells were treated with indicated protocol, lysed, and Western blotting was conducted using indicated antibodies. (C) HT29 and LOVO cells were treated with different treatment regimens for 48 h, and cell viability was detected by MTT assay.
