CHIKV infection was performed at M.O.I. 1 and viral supernatants of the infected cells were harvested at the respective time points. Viral plaque assays were performed to quantitate the infectious CHIKV titre produced. The average ±S.E. (standard error) is expressed from three independent set of experiments.
