Solid and dashed lines are representative chromatographic traces of MtATP-PRT (100 μg) analyzed with a Sephacryl S200 in the absence and presence of 2 mM l-histidine, respectively. These experiments were performed in 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8) containing 100 mM NaCl. Results are representative of four independent experiments.
