Notes: Equal amounts of Prolastin were analyzed by 7% weight/volume acrylamide nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis without and with sodium dodecyl sulfate, blotted and probed with antihuman α1-antitrypsin antibodies (goat antihuman α1-antitrypsin antibody, dilution 1:10000 and rabbit antigoat immunoglobulin G peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody, dilution 1:20000). Blots were developed with Amersham^® ECL Western Blot analysis system (GE Healthcare, Little Chalfont, United Kingdom).
