C: quantitative data comparison. Data in Figs. 4 and 5 show that Y-27632 produces 80.45 ± 3.29% decreases in tone, whereas Gö-6850 produces only 17.76 ± 3.50%. As shown, addition of Gö-6850 only causes minimal but significant (*P < 0.05, n = 4–6) effect, and administration of Y-27632 following Gö-6850 produces further significantly higher relaxation (**P < 0.05).
