ROS production by neutrophils in the presence of OC cells. Neutrophils were pre-treated with 20 μg/ml of anti-TLR2 or anti-TLR4 mAbs or with IRAK1/4 inhibitor (10 μM) for 30 min or left untreated. After that, neutrophils were co-incubated with OC cells for 30 min and then stimulated with PMA, fMLP, and HBSS with diluent (0.1 % DMSO) or left unstimulated.
