ROS production by neutrophils in the presence of OC cells supernatants. OC cells were incubated in HBSS for 60 min at 37 °C in a 5 % of CO₂ atmosphere. Then, cells were centrifuged and supernatants were collected. Neutrophils were incubated with OC cells supernatants for 30 min prior to stimulation with PMA or fMLP.
