Quantification of OVA-specific, γ-IFN-producing spot forming cells (SFC) after a 36 hour in vitro stimulation of splenocytes (pooled from 4–5 spleens) with indicated antigens [study A (A) and B (B)]. Data has been given as SFC/10⁶ splenocytes. More SFC than the cut-off of 50 SFC/10⁶ cells indicates a positive response.
