Sessile water contact angles measured on uncoated PDMS, single and double ppTTg coated PDMS and ppTTg coated Si wafers. All values represent the mean optical density measured at 405 nm + SD, calculated from 3 replicates for each sample. All samples have been tested against the relevant positive control (ppTTg coated Si wafers) result by student's t test where *p<0.05, **p<0.01 and ***p<0.001.
