(A) Typical BACT scattergrams of the experiment. The E. coli culture (2×108 cells/mL) was mixed with an equal volume of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) (Control) or the NaOH-SDS solution (Treated). Then, the mixture was incubated for 5 min and subjected to UF-1000i.
