CGNs were treated for 30 min with netrin-1, GDNF, L1-Fc, BDNF or 10−12M NAP, in the absence or presence of 25 mM ethanol. The ratio of pERK1/2 to ERK1/2 was normalized to control values in each experiment. Shown is the mean ± SEM normalized ratio following the indicated treatments.
