TG peritoneal macrophages have decreased gene expression of inflammatory cytokine and receptors after treatment with LPS. We quantified the expression of 84 inflammatory cytokine and receptor genes of untreated WT and TG peritoneal macrophages and LPS-treated WT (WT+LPS) and transgenic peritoneal macrophages (TG+LPS). By paired t-test, p<0.05 for a-WT vs WT+LPS or TG vs TG+LPS; and by ANOVA, p<0.05 for 1-WT vs WT+LPS or TG vs TG+LPS and 2-WT+LPS vs TG+LPS.
