Pressure-volume analysis of LV diastolic function. A: hypertensive SS/MCWi rats on high-salt diet had significantly prolonged relaxation dynamics (tau) relative to low-salt counterparts. SS-13BN/MCWi BMMNCs resulted in improved tau to a level not significantly different from normal low-salt group, while SS/MCWi BMMNC treated showed no improvement.
