Embryotoxicity of RKA182, FBEG100 and ARS. (A) Sprague Dawley rat embryos (gestation d 9.5) were cultured ex vivo for 48 h in the absence or presence of RKA182, FBEG100 or ARS at the indicated concentrations. Total morphological scores (TMS) were assigned according to the method of Brown and Fabro (24). Data are expressed relative to the TMS of embryos exposed only to vehicle (methanol, 0.05%).
