MA104 cells were infected with the reassortant rotavirus strain DxRRV previously treated (HS2+) or not (HS2-) with an excess of the anti-VP5* non-neutralizing mAb HS2. At 0.5 and 1 h.p.i., cells were fixed and stained to visualize the actin cytoskeleton. Scale bar, 5 µm.
