(A–C) Systolic blood pressure (A), spontaneous activity (B) and heart rate (C) recorded continuously throughout the light:dark cycle by radiotelemetry in NT (n=9) and S-P467L mice (n=7). Baseline measurements were taken for 7 days. At the beginning of the light phase, mice began continuous dosing with MLN4924 (subcutaneous injections; 30 mg/kg TID). Data represent the average of the baseline measurements (7 days) and the average of MLN4924 treatment over 2.5 days (60 hr).
