Hek293TRex cells transiently transfected with Flag-ATP7B^R875, Flag-ATP7B^{R875,S340/341A}, or Flag-ATP7B^{R875,S340/341G} were kept in basal media, copper depleted using 100 μm BCS for 2 h or treated with 100 μm CuCl₂ for 2 h. Cells were immunostained using Flag antibody (green) and TGN 38 (red); merged images are shown (Scale bar: 5 μm).
