pH-Controlled continuous culture of recombinant Escherichia coli FBR5 on alkaline H2O2 pretreated (2.15%, w/v, pH 11.5, 3 h) and enzymatically saccharified (45°C, pH 5.0, 120 h) wheat straw hydrolyzate at pH 6.5 and 35°C. Dilution rate, 0.04 h-1. Total sugars in feedstock, 44.1 gL-1. Reactor volume, 240 ml. The data presented are averages of two parallel experiments.
