Homology, syntenic, and phylogenetic relationship of M. phaseolina. (a) Comparative analyses of orthologous and paralogous gene families of 13 fungal species. Number of genes are presented for each component. Clustering was done by using OrthoMCL (MCL-10-201). (b) Synteny of M. phaseolina and Fusarium oxysporum using whole genome data. The reference genome (Aspergillus fumigatus) is broken up into eight chromosomes and syntenic regions are represented by two vertical columns with color.
