Self competitive binding isotherms of GU40C4 against VEGFR2 derived from ELISA-like experiments. Concentration gradients of GU40C4, DOTA-GU40C4, and DOTA-Pctrl competed with a fixed amount (300 nM) of FITC-GU40C4 on VEGFR2 coated ELISA plates. GU40C4: IC50 = 756±14 nM; DOTA-GU40C4: IC50 = 623±98 nM; p =0.25, R2 > 0.9. No inhibition effect was shown by DOTA-Pctrl on the FITC-GU40C4 binding.
