Mean (SD) values for oxygen uptake (V˙O2max), changes blood lactate accumulation (Δ[La]), changes in vastus lateralis (ΔVLHbdiff) and biceps femoris (ΔBFHbdiff) oxygenation, changes in drop (ΔDJ) and countermovement (ΔCMJ) jump height, and changes in muscle activity of the biceps femoris [ΔBFRMS] and medial gastrocnemius [ΔMGRMS] and rate of perceived exertion (RPE).
