Quantitative analysis of CXCR4 staining. Tumor cells were counted under 40x magnification (n=5 per tumor type). Percentage cytoplasmic and membranous staining was calculated by dividing the amount of stained cells in an area by the total amount of cells counted in that area and multiplying this by 100%. P-values <0.05 for comparison with late stage MIN-O lesions were noted as ** and p-values <0.01 as ***.
