Flow cytometric analysis of 4T1 and MIN-O tumor cells. Tumor cell-suspensions were incubated with 2B11-PE. The fluorescent signal emitted by CXCR4 positive cells was measured (n=3 per tumor type). The mean fluorescent intensity ratios (MFIR) were determined. The percentage of lymphocytes within the CXCR4 positive population was determined after co-incubation with 2B11-PE and an Alexa-Fluor700 labeled anti-CD45 antibody.
