Induction by repeated red-light (R) pulses of the accumulation of CAB3-driven GUS activity in cue mutant seedlings. A pulse of light of 11 μmol photons m−2 s−1 was given for 15 min every 6 h from germination. Otherwise the seedlings remained in the dark. GUS activity was measured after 7 d, in three samples of six seedlings each.
