The cDNA copy number was measured by real time RT-PCR in tissues from five ducklings at 24, 32, 48, 72, and 96 h after infection, respectively. All assays were performed in three independent experiments, with three replicates per experiment, and each point is the mean ± SD. The data were analyzed using SAS [24].
